The universe at the moment is fairly barren. It needs to be built up. The Earth

and Gallifrey are freebuild areas. Towns and cities need to be built. This is the responsibility of the building team. The building team is a team of skilled Time Lords and other types of life. The building team is assigned by the High Council based on their past work. On Gallifrey, buildings must have a style similar to the buildings shown in the show. On Earth, it's preferred that towns follow a common theme with only slight, appropriate variations. Other planets should have appropriate buildings if they're on the show. Otherwise, feel free to experiment. Please state in your application if you want to be a builder.
